JAPANESE GARDEN

A peaceful place popular to couples, family, nature lovers, and photographers.  The Japanese Garden along Lake Caliraya (in Laguna) is a memorial park built by the Japanese government in the 1970s in order to commemorate the Japanese soldiers who died during the Second World War. According to some locals and legends, it is also the burial site of General Yamashita of the Yamashita treasure fame. According to Cavinti, Laguna residents there are many changes that happened here in Japanese Garden. They say that in the past years, Japanese Garden is more beautiful and maintained compared to its condition today. Entrance fee for adult is 20php and 15 for children. They also have entrance fees for those who wants to have Photoshoots/Pre-Nuptial at the Japanese Garden.
