Actually this place is just our 2nd option. (kahit alam kong masakit ang maging 2nd option lang! hehehe) Because my family planned that we go to Guimaras, but for some reasons it turned out going to this resort. But I loved the place. <3 any of the 2 (Guimaras or Damires Hills is okay with me) We visited this place for day-tour only. Because on the next day, we'll be going back to Laguna.





A farmer and a Carabao. Symbolized that this place is a combination of a leisure farm and a resort. 



The resort is located at the heart of Brgy. Damires, Janiuay, Iloilo, Philippines. So if you're going to visit Ilo-ilo, Don't forget to visit this more-like eco resort. :)


Damires Hills offers different activities such as: zipline adventure, canopy walk, swimming (infinity pools) and many more.


While we are walking, There are quotations/messages in some trees. And this quotation is my favorite. Really catches my attention. Realtalk :D

One of our relatives felt afraid. So she choose to go back instead of trying to walk in this bridge.
I think the zip line adventure has the same length with this bridge.


Their pools are infinity pools. Strictly Cotton shorts and tops only. If you don't have the proper swimming attire, you can rent from them. I think its for only 20-50pesos only. The pool water is cold. :D


And swimming pools are not included in the entrance fee. You have to pay it in their cashier/store and they will give you a water proof wrist band.



If you don't want to swim, the place is also best for sightseeing. I am a nature lover, I love seeing mountains and a place full of greens so I so much appreciated this place. A very relaxing place.

If you're planning to visit Damires Hills better bring your own means of transportation. For foods/drinks, they have here bar/restaurants. But if you want to bring your own foods, its okay but some foods/drinks have corkage fees.

Manuel Uy Beach Resort is located in Brgy. Sta. Ana in Calatagan, Batangas. This place is good for budget travelers and those who wants to relax. Better bring your own tents if you're planning to visit this place coz they don't have any means of accommodations here. No hotels, no rooms, no cottages. If you don't want to sleep in a tent, better visit "Stilts" resort. It's near Manuel Uy. But I think It's a little expensive there. They have bathroom here. and there's a fee. The water is a bit salty but you have no choice. hehe. MANUEL UY, CALATAGAN, BATANGAS (2018)

(This is my follow up blog for Manuel uy since we go there twice <2017 last year and this year March 2018> and they've done many changes.) When we want to escape from toxic people and/or stressful work we think of a "beach getaway". When we just want to relax, have fun, and feel the nature some of us wants it to be in a "beach" or somewhere peaceful. Like MANUEL UY BEACH RESORT CAMPSITE (located in Calatagan, Batangas) When you want to relax this is the perfect place for you. They don't have cottages/rooms for guests to rent but they have tents for rent. You can bring your tent or rent their tent/s. But I suggest to bring your own tent if you're a budget traveler or if you want to lessen your expenses.
